Preethi Nayaganti is the Senior Finance Manager at Irwin IP, where she oversees the firm’s accounting, audit, financial compliance, and financial operations management. She manages payroll, employee benefits, accounts payable and receivable, compensation tracking, and partner capital accounts, while also playing a strategic role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. In addition to directing the firm’s accounting processes, Preethi coordinates with external accounting firms on the preparation and finalization of financial statements. She works closely with the Partners to monitor key financial performance indicators, prepare annual budgets, and ensure accurate, transparent reporting that supports both short-term decision-making and long-term growth.
Prior to joining Irwin IP, Preethi spent over 10 years in compliance management with both listed and private limited companies. In those roles, she developed deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial controls, which she now applies to the legal services sector. At Irwin IP, she combines this background with hands-on accounting and financial management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the firm’s operations.
Preethi is a professionally qualified Company Secretary and holds membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also has a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the Women’s Christian College.
