Chelsea Murray is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group and has been practicing law since 2019. Her practice is focused on the protection and enforcement of patent rights in matters before various U.S. Federal Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission. She also has extensive experience litigating trademark, trade secret, and copyright disputes. Chelsea has worked on a variety of complex matters involving diverse technologies, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, computer networking, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Chelsea has experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-suit analysis and strategy, taking and defending depositions, claim construction briefing, drafting and responding to dispositive motions, expert witness preparation, trial, and post-trial briefing. Chelsea is also active in pro bono matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Chelsea worked as a litigation associate at a boutique intellectual property firm in Chicago. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and for the Honorable William J. Bauer at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
