Hybrid work From Home Plan
Irwin IP encourages a healthy work-life balance for all our attorneys and staff. Although extensive hours are often necessary to complete tasks and achieve desired case outcomes, we look for opportunities and encourage taking time off to recharge. We want our firm to be a place where everyone enjoys working and where everyone is proud to work.
In addition to fairly compensating everyone, we have multiple hybrid work from home plans throughout the year. Attorneys and staff are asked to be in the office only Monday – Thursday, working from home on Friday’s. Then every year, from Thanksgiving to St. Patrick’s Day we go on a full remote schedule, allowing anyone to come to the office when they need, but not requiring attendance for those months.
When a hybrid schedule is not in place, occasionally working from home is encouraged to the extent that it does not negatively impact your productivity or the productivity of those with whom you interact. Working from home and special accommodations get approved on a case-by-case basis by supervisors.
