Mike Bregenzer serves as Counsel for Irwin IP. Mike has over 25 years of experience in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation; transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and IP licensing negotiations. Mike is a client-focused, entrepreneurial, results-driven Senior Legal Executive with extensive experience in intellectual property, litigation management, negotiation, business development, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, contract management, and patents, copyrights, and trademarks.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary responsible for all aspects of legal affairs for Perrigo Company plc and Ranir, LLC. Mike was also a Partner at Reed Smith LLP with practice focused on intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation, including patent litigation, contractual disputes, Lanham Act claims, and other claims involving business torts. He has also worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a Partner for seven years.
