Pantelis “Peter” Danos is an associate at Irwin IP and serves in the intellectual property litigation group.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Irwin IP, Peter served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He then served as an associate at a law firm in Chicago, where he worked on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. In his pro bono practice, he represented clients in civil rights litigation and Social Security Administration’s (SSA) administrative appeals.
Peter received his JD in 2018 from the UIC John Marshall Law School. In law school, Peter served as the student publication editor for the UIC John Marshall Law Review. He also participated in the Giles Rich Moot Court Competition and finished as a national quarterfinalist. Peter was a member of the law school’s patent clinic, where he worked with individual inventors and represented a patent owner in an Inter Partes Review action. He also held a legal internship where he helped prepare trademark applications and worked on trademark opposition issues.
