Close to half of our employees are first generation
professionals. We know all-too-well the virtues
of hard work, determination, and merit, especially when a pre-existing network
of individuals cannot hand you opportunities.
Our top priority is to be
leaders both in our profession and our community in eliminating the inequities
that continue to hold motivated individuals back. We adhere to a strict anti-harassment policy,
harassment prevention plan, and provide training from your very first day of
employment.
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee meets
regularly and keeps abreast of hot topics in firm culture IQ to ensure that we
retain the best and the brightest. Irwin
IP strives to provide leadership by holding ourselves accountable, setting our
goals publicly, having our fingers on the pulse of human rights issues, and
celebrating diverse holidays and historically important occasions in the
workplace. Our team consists of a varied

considered valuable and irreplaceable. The
