Irwin IP Welcomes New Associate

Irwin IP is very pleased to welcome Andrew Choi as a new associate. Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on patent and trademark litigation, including litigation involving the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Andrew graduated from the George Washington School of Law, where he was involved with the GW Student Intellectual Property Law association and the Pauline Newman IP American Inn of Court.  Prior to law school, Andrew received a B.S. in Biology from Brown University and was part of Brown’s Program in Liberal Medical Education. As a law student, Andrew was a legal extern at the United States Department of Energy (DOE) with the Office of the Assistant General Counsel for Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property, where he worked on all matters related to intellectual property for the Department and the federal National Laboratories. Further, Andrew was a legal extern at the United States International Trade Commission with the Office of General Counsel, where he worked on Section 337 investigations.
